Richard Lobban entre nós

Mais uma vez o Professor John Fobanjong da University of Massachusetts Dartmouth traz a Cabo Verde um grupo de estudantes americanos. Porém, desta vez, os estudantes são da University of Rode Island. Como diz Fobanjong numa das suas missivas:

"There are going to be two professors and 17 students. The students all come from diverse academic backgrounds - social sciences, business, arts, languages, etc. - so in setting up the joint classes, it could be on the history and politics of Cape Verde. Only about six of them are of Cape Verdean heritage, and only three been to Cape Verde. So a majority in the delegation will be visiting Cape Verde for the first time. Meanwhile, my colleague, the other professor, knows Cape Verde very well. He is an anthropologist by profession, and has written a lot of books on Cape Verde."
